Whey is the liquid remaining after milk has been curdled and strained. It is a co-product of the manufacture of cheese or casein.

Our Whey is considered Sweet whey and it is manufactured during the making of Texas local cheeses.

Our milk comes from 100% Non-GMO, Grass Fed, Free roaming Jersey cows in Schulenburg, Texas.

Our Story

After making cheese for seven years and drinking Raw Liquid Whey weekly, we were able to see great improvements in our health and the health of our pets and plants. 

We decided to create a product that was easy, delicious and healthy.
